The general consensus from the tech community is that the HTC One is the best Android phone on the market right now. It's main flaw? Software. Geeks just don't love HTC Sense as much as bone stock, vanilla flavored Android and, hey, who can blame them? I like my jelly beans in the Google variety too. Anyways, read on for the details on the phone everyone's been waiting for!
HTC One, Nexus style
It's the HTC One, but with Android 4.2.2 straight from Google - no Beats EQs, no BlinkFeed, no Sense 5. Just Jelly Bean as designed by Matias Duarte and his team at Google. The price? $599, which is the same as you'd pay for the Sense-ified version of the One, unlocked. The 32 GB phone will hit Google's Play Store starting June 26. Will the alleged Google flagship known as the Moto X be announced before then? Only time will tell.
